A very happy new year to all our readers far and near!

Welcome to ParsiCuisine.com. Many year back, as a new resident, living in a new country, the local lore I heard on arrival centered on stories of isolation. I found that due to global distances and scarcity of parsi baugs   people can find it difficult to meet parsi neighbors and talk about recipes, cooking issues and other foodie gup sup!. Well, this is rarely a problem for a webmaster, who communicates with people online. But I was concerned about whether I would find here a community, or just an aggregate of WebPages. Contrary to the cautions, I have been impressed by the strong spirit of connection on the web. I welcome you to join in and share your cooking and food related stories.
