Nov 11, 2018, 10:57 amI usually eat fruit as a snack or sometimes as a fruit salad with other items in the summer grilling months. So, putting fresh berries on my cereal in the morning is bad? What about tomatoes which are scientifically a fruit and are said to be more beneficial heated? I think one can go crazy with what is good and bad – following a well-balanced plant-based (as much as possible) diet is a good thing. Thanks for sharing all this info with Fiesta Friday!
