Apple Barfi

  • 2 apples
  • 4 spoons sugar
  • 1 spoon butter or ghee
  • Grated 2 spoons of paneer
  • Elaichi powder
  • Dried fruits for garnish (Almonds, Raisins, Dried Apples)


  1. Take grated apples (remove  skin) and butter the pan
  2. Roast it for 2-3 minutes in pan
  3. Then add grated paneer and sugar, cook it till completely dry in texture
  4. Add elaichi (cardamon) powder at the end
  5. Garnish it with chopped dried fruits
  6. Set it in the fridge for 2 hours, then cut in cube pieces and serve
