BHARUCHI AKURI
(Parsi breakfast dish.)

 Serves 8-10
 INGREDIENTS:
 16 eggs
 8 dsp ghee or butter
 25 grms raisins
 40 grms almonds, cashew nuts and  charoli
 salt
        
 METHOD:
 Blanch the almonds, sliver. and fry with cashew nuts and charoli, lightly.
        
In a pan, scramble the eggs and when nearly done add in the raisins and the fried nuts.
