TARELI MACHI – – CRISPY, SPICY FRIED FISH
6 slices of Bangda fish
1 tsp. salt
4 tbs. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. hot cayenne pepper powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder or 3 cloves garlic paste
1/2 tsp. cumin powder
1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
Mix salt and spices. Wash slices of fish and coat evenly all over with spices. Let stand 2 to 3 hours. Heat oil in frying pan and place slices of fish in it. Then one side of fish slice is cooked, turn it over and cook it on the other side.
Serve as soon as fish is ready.
