MEAT AND POTATOES PARSI STYLE
         Serves 4
        
         BOTI PAPETA
         Diced Meat and Potatoes
        
         INGREDIENTS:
         2 1/2 Ibs mutton, small cubes
         1 lb potatoes, cubed
         2 large onions
         1 tsp garlic paste
         1 tsp ginger paste
         1 tsp salt
         1 tsp chilli powder
         1/2 tsp cummin powder
         worcester sauce


METHOD:
 Slice finely the onions and fry golden brown. Add all the masalas and cook gently for a few minutes. Add  the cubed meat, stirring occasionally, then cover and put in the oven, gas no. 4? for approx an hour or till the meat is tender. The meat will make its own gravy but if desired add a little water. Before serving add a little worcester sauce. Fry the diced potatoes and mix with the meat. Optional. add fried bread, which has been cut into small cubes.
