Lagan-nu-Custard
6 cups milk or heavy cream
1 slice bread
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla essence
3 tsp Charoli nuts


Boil the milk, on slow heat, till two-third is left. Let it cool.
Mix in a blender the cold milk, sugar, eggs, bread slice and vanilla essence.
Put in baking dish and mix in Charoli nuts and Almonds. Bake at 350 degrees
for 40 to 50 minutes. The top should be golden brown.

      I have visited your website. It is good for all parsi recipe. We were in search of recipe for Parsi Custard and found it on your website. We make it at our home. But some Ravo (1 or 2 teaspoonful ) is necessary with milk and eggs for it to make it in Pressure Cooker.
