Egg Kheema Roll

Take kheema, mix chopped coriander, mint, green onion, green chilli, lime juice, red chilli pwd, rajwadi garam masala, bhuna jeera pwd, sugar and salt
Take a puff pastry sheet and flatten the kheema mix on it….place 3 boiled eggs in the center and roll the sheet.
Give minor cuts on the sheet
Brush beaten egg over the filled pastry sheet and bake at 180 degree for 25 min
Slice them and enjoy.
