Hard Boiled Egg Akuri Recipe


INGREDIENTS

  • 2 hard boiled eggs or 2 eggs beaten 

  • 1 tsp. ghee or butter

  • Red raisins

  • Chopped and blanched Almonds, Cashew nuts and Almonds 

  • Salt & Pepper

METHOD
Blanch the almonds, slice them and fry with cashew nuts and almonds, lightly.

In a pan, scramble the eggs and when nearly done to your consistency and liking, add in the raisins and the fried dry fruit.
