2 tsp. ghee or butter
Chopped blanched Almonds, Cashew nuts and Charoli (optional)
Blanch the almonds, slice them and fry with cashew nuts and charoli, lightly.
In a pan, scramble the eggs and when nearly done to your consistency and liking,add in the raisins and the fried nuts.
Fried potatoes, Fried Onions and Cream.
