BHARUCHI AKURI (Parsi breakfast dish.)

Bharuchi Akuri

Recipe

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 onion which is crisply fried
  • Salt for seasoning
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons of ghee
  • 5 green chillies
  • A small bunch of coriander washed and chopped
  • 1 tsp Raisins

Combine all of above and beat till well blended. Heat all in a deep pot and keep stirring on very low heat. Akuri is done when the right consistency is acheived to your liking. Some like it well-cooked and some like it very loose.
