Falsa is commonly known as phalsa or falsa, is a species of flowering plant in the mallow family Malvaceae. It was first found in Varanasi, India, and was taken by Buddhist scholars to other Asian countries including Pakistan and the rest of the world.Wikipedia
Falsa are full of iron. Falsa drink is easy to make.
Recipe
1 Cup of Water
1/2 Cup of Falsa Fruit
1/4 Himalayan Salt
Put in a blender and crush.
Drain juice to remove seeds or leave to settle down in the glass and drink up!
Optional Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
