Good for diabetics.
- 1 tbsp fenugreek seeds – soaked overnight and drained
- 1″ piece peeled ginger
- 2 tbsp garlic cloves
- 5-6 green chillies
- 3 tbsp coriander leaves
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 tsp sugar
- Grind fenugreek seeds, ginger, garlic, chillies and coriander together.
- Taste and season well.
- Pour in lemon juice and sugar.
- Mix well and bottle.
Serve with fried chicken or as a relish. Good for diabetics.
