Half-Fried Eggs
2 Eggs
4 tsps Ghee or Butter
Pinch of salt and black pepper
Add Ghee/Butter to frying pan. Heat pan on low heat and melt the
ghee/butter. Break 2 eggs carefully into pan so that the yolks are whole.
Cook till done spooning the ghee/butter over the yolks to cook them
slightly. Egg whites should be fried golden brown on bottom and yolks should
be soft and runny.
Sprinkle salt and black pepper and serve with toast and jam. |
