Marinate ribs meat for over 24 hours with:

Red Chilly Powder,

Salt, Onion Powder,

Garlic Powder,

Brown sugar and oil (I prefer Extra Virgin Olive oil)

 

  1. Preheat oven to 500F.
  2. Put marinated ribs in a shallow pan (preferably non-stick or lined with Aluminum foil) and bake it in oven at 500F for 15 to 20 minutes.
  3. Reduce temperature to 350F and now put the ribs back in, but this time, covered with Aluminum foil.
  4. I generally bake the ribs for 40 minutes each side and then apply BBQ sauce (I prefer Hickory type) and bake it again, covered for 15 minutes each side.
  5. If you prefer a drier meat, then last 15 minutes should be without the Aluminum foil.
