Marinate ribs meat for over 24 hours with:
Red Chilly Powder,
Salt, Onion Powder,
Brown sugar and oil (I prefer Extra Virgin Olive oil)
- Preheat oven to 500F.
- Put marinated ribs in a shallow pan (preferably non-stick or lined with Aluminum foil) and bake it in oven at 500F for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Reduce temperature to 350F and now put the ribs back in, but this time, covered with Aluminum foil.
- I generally bake the ribs for 40 minutes each side and then apply BBQ sauce (I prefer Hickory type) and bake it again, covered for 15 minutes each side.
- If you prefer a drier meat, then last 15 minutes should be without the Aluminum foil.
