JINGA NA KAVAB
        
         INGREDIENTS:
         Makes 15 Kevabs

         1 kg prawns, with shells
         1 tsp salt
         1/2 tsp turmeric
         1/2 tsp dhanajeera
         small quantity of ground ginger and garlic paste or powder
         2 medium onions
         12 green chillies
         1/2 bunch coriander leaves
         1/2 bunch mint leaves
         2 slices of bread
         2 eggs
         1 cup wheat flour
         oil to fry
        
 METHOD:
 Clean the prawns. grind it with the onions, green chillies, coriander leaves, mint leaves, not too fine. Add salt, turmeric, dhanajeera and beaten eggs.
Add the slices of bread after removing the crust and soaking it for 15 minutes. Form into small balls, roll in wheat flour and fry in hot oil.
        
Serve with Dhansaak.
