1 Kg Mince mutton
2 Onions
Green chilies
Ginger-garlic paste
Green chili paste
6-7 fresh garlic cloves finely chopped
Fresh finely chopped ginger – approx 1 cm sq
Cumin powder
Coriander powder
Garam Masala powder
Meat Masala powder
Red chili powder
Coriander leaves
Grated cheese ( optional)

Marinate the Mince:
In 1 Kg of mutton add salt,1 teaspoon red chilly powder, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 1/5 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon mutton masala, 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste, 1 tablespoon green chili paste.

Boil the macaroni in one vessel separately – ¼ of your packet ( or according to you requirement, some may like it more or less). Drain the water after it is cooked and keep a side.
First boil the macaroni with slight salt. Once cooked, drain the water and keep the macaroni aside.
Pour the oil in a wok and heat the oil, then add finely chopped onions and chopped green chilies. Saute till onions are golden brown and then add fresh finely chopped garlic and ginger. Saute for 5 minutes, then add marinated mince and mix it well. Let it cook for 10 minutes  and then add little water and leave it on slow fire to cook.
Once the mince is cooked then add the macaroni and mix well. Garnish with little coriander leaves and little grated cheese (quantity of cheese will be according to your requirement )
