Methi Paneer

200 gms Paneer cut in cubes
1 onion finely chopped
1 onion cut in large chunks
1 capsicum cut in large chunks
1 tomato cut in large chunks
1 inch ginger paste
7-8 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp Garam masala
1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
1/4 tsp turmeric (haldi)
1 tsp Jeera powder (cumin)
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp Methi seeds

In a pan, add 3 tbsp of oil
Add methi seed and just when it starts changing color, add ginger-garlic paste
Next add finely chopped onions, fry them till the onion turns into brown color
Next add the capsicum,tomato and onion chunks, saute them till onion turns into pinkish brown
Now place the paneer cubes in the pan..with high flame and mix it for a while, till paneer changes its color to light brown.
Lower the heat
Next add the rest of the masala dissolved in a little water, suate the masala,till the water dries up
Turn off the stove
Sprinkle Garam masala and cover it for 10 minutes.
Serve  with rotli.

    Thanks for the paneer recipe. tried it out and it tasted GOOD!
