INGREDIENTS :
1 kg chicken-cut into pieces and boiled/steamed
1 cup green peppercorns-crushed*; mixed with vinegar

1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp salt or to taste
1 cup butter
1 tsp oil
2 tbsp lemon juice or to taste
lemon wedges for garnish *You can use the ones pickled in vinegar.

METHOD:
Pierce the chicken pieces and keep aside. Mix the peppercorns, ginger and salt and rub into the chicken and refrigerate for 1 hour. Mix the butter and oil in a sauce- pan and heat. Add the marinated chicken to it and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Mix in the lemon juice and serve accompanied with the lemon wedges
