Omelette with Potato Sticks and Spice

Our Hosang likes experimenting!

He made a egg omelette recipe with matchstick potatoes (Parsi Sali).

Make a mix of:

3 eggs beaten

1 cup Potato sticks

1 Chopped Tomato

1 tsp Ginger and Garlic Paste

1/2 tsp Turmeric

1/2 Red Chilly Powder

In a non-stick pan heat 3 tsp of canola oil and pour in the mixture.

Sprinkle shredded Cheddar and Mozzarella Cheese on top.

Cover. Cook on very slow heat till done.

Serve immediately.
