(milk pudding with oranges)
1 It full cream milk
6 tbsp castor sugar (or Splenda)
pinch of salt
Cook milk till it reduces to half and chill it.
Peel and flake oranges, collecting any juice that may run out.
Dissolve sugar in orange juice and cool.
Add sugar and orange flakes to chilled milk and serve.
Garnish with shelled and sliced pistachios if desired.
