The ‘Skinny Indian Menu’ has achieved semi-iconic status as one of Cafe Spice Namaste’s signature offerings. While individual items might change from year to year, season to season (normally after December’s festive food binge), what remains constant is an array of dishes – vegetarian and non-vegetarian – designed for those watching their weight without giving up the warmth and flavours of Indian cuisine. Chef Patron Cyrus Todiwala offers this 2 1/2 hour Adventure Gourmet Master Class for those wishing to surprise friends, family, clients and customers with some truly fresh, innovative, lean dishes!

You’ll even have the chance to sit down and enjoy a nice lunch with Cyrus afterwards. It’s all part of your adventure…Adventure Gourmet!

This Adventure Gourmet Master Class will be followed by a

Christmas with Cyrus Todiwala in London

Hilton London Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 and its signature restaurant, Mr Todiwala’s Kitchen, are offering Christmas party dining experiences.

The Christmas with Cyrus event is taking place on Saturday 22 December. During the evening Chef Cyrus Todiwala will host and cook a Christmas tasting menu inspired by his Parsee heritage.

Ideal for small parties, guests will be served a rare genre of Indian cuisine including a Parsee starter platter, three main courses featuring halibut fillets, slow cooked lamb and side dishes, and an assortment of popular Parsee desserts, followed by coffee.

The package also includes festive novelties, half a bottle of wine per person, music and the chance to meet Cyrus Todiwala, for £75 per person.

Mr Todiwala’s Kitchen is also serving a festive menu for group bookings between 3–21 December for £39 per person. This includes a three-course meal, half bottle of wine per person, crackers and novelties.
