Vasanu is a very well-known health food in India. Traditionally, it is made in the winter in India, and has been reported to give vitality and strength.

How to make ghau nu doodh

Soak the wheat for about 4-5 days, and then grind it with enough water in a mixie.
Grind til all the white milk comes out and strain it.
Let it settle in stainer and then dry. Break into pieces and store.
It spoils in about 15 days so use it quickly.
