Yogurt Trifle

 

An ordinary parfait goes exotic with Parsi Mitthu Dahi dried and fresh fruit.

 

Yogurt Trifle with Pomegranate, Pear, and Dates

 

SERVINGS
Makes: 1 to 2 servings

INSTRUCTIONS

In a small bowl, layer:

 1/4 cup Parsi Mitthu Dahi yogurt

 1/4 cup small-dice pear

 1 heaping tablespoon pitted small-dice Medjool dates

3 tablespoons pomegranate seeds

1 tsp each chopped dry fruits like walnuts, cashews, raisins and/or pineapple

Honey to taste. (optional, since yogurt is already very sweet)

Repeat twice more.
