Parsika

A few months ago, few of my friends decided to take a couple of all-time favourite Parsi recipes and let a larger audience discover them, under Parsika.

Since then, they’ve added some contemporary classics to their portfolio.

Some of these, are now on the menu of the city’s leading restaurants and also being retailed at a store near you.

Now that it’s been tried and loved, I have the confidence of crashing your inbox, and saying, check them out and let us have your feedback.

Your taste buds will love you for it. Also, please do help us spread the word.

We want the non parsis who so love and adore our traditional parsi food like dhansak to learn from this site.
