Pumpkin seeds are also called “Magaj” or “Magaz” in India and are highly nutritious.
These seeds are one of the ingredients in the parsi favorite “Vasanu”.
Ingredients
1 cup roasted pumpkin seeds
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1/4 tsp Paprika
1 Lemon
Method Mix the pumpkin seeds with paprika, turmeric powder and salt.
Taste and serve with lemon juice squeezed on top.
