GHEE GOR NI ROTLI Unleavened Bread with Butter & Jaggery
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 kg jaggery 1/4 kg ghee
Syrup:
In a pan heat the ghee. Pound the jaggery and add into the ghee. Keep stirring all the time, taking care not to allow it to thicken too much. Remove off the fire and serve with warm ghau ni rotlies.
