XACUTI CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS :
1 kg chicken
1 tsp kashmiri mirch

1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp turmeric
12 peppercorns
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 inch ginger
2 inch cinnamon
1/4 grated coconut
1 tin coconut milk
2 onions-chopped
4 cloves garlic-chopped
2 tbsp lemon juice

METHOD:
Roast all the masalas, grind and keep aside. Fry the onions and garlic and brown. Add the masalas and fry for another 5 minutes. Then add the chicken and fry for 5 minutes. Add the coconut milk and cook for about 15 minutes.
Add the lemon juice, vinegar and salt to taste.
