We are pleased and proud to present to you a video about our enterprising Rita Kapadia speaking about Parsees and Parsi Cuisine at the Carlisle Gleason Public Library in the Boston area. Through her efforts and venture of Parsi Cuisine, Rita is helping preserve and showcase our Parsi heritage, not only of food, but of our customs, rituals and traditions.

In the video (link below) Rita shared Parsi history and heritage with the Carlisle town folk, who attended this in spite of the cold weather in January. There was a ice and snow storm going on outdoors, but warm, hot and spicy Parsee food was had by all indoors!
Since 1999, Rita Kapadia, founder of ParsiCuisine.com, has provided recipes, food news, health tips and articles on her website. Recently, Rita has published several Parsi Cuisine cookbooks.
