Step 1. Cut potatoes in very small pieces and fry in hot oil.
Step 2. Cook chicken in yogurt and spices.
Step 3. Make orange saffron rice like zarda.
Step 4. Make white basmati rice.
Step 5. Fry onions till golden brown.
Step 6. Assemble all of above in layers.
Seal in an airtight container, preferably glass. Store overnight or 3 days for maximum taste. Serve with dhansak masala dal.
