✨ New Recipe ✨ A fun 🪔 vegetable tindora made with chicken and parsi spices 😋 First we show the air fryer method and next the traditional pan fry steam method.
Vegetarians, do not add chicken and enjoy!
Ingredients
1 lb chicken drumsticks, marinated overnight in 2 tsp each of ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, cumin powder, salt and dhana jeera.
2 lbs tindora
2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
4 tsp chopped fresh coriander
1 red onion sliced
3 whole red kashmiri peppers 3 inch cinnamon stick
salt and oil to taste.

Note you can substitute okra (bhindi) and cook the same way for bhinda ma Ghost.
