4’’ of ginger grated
0.5 cup chopped cilantro
3 green chilies chopped
2 tbsp Mayo
1 cup Maggi Ketchup

Combine ingredients and bake (uncovered) at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until gravy is thickened.
