I wandered around in the kitchen section of Costco almost unconsciously thinking I need better non-stick pans. My eyes rested on a wonderful box of Ebelskiver  pancake.

Here is what I got, the dutch also call them Poffertjes.

Now you’re talking – I have two of these pans; one is electric and the other goes on top of my stove. Thanks for experimenting and sharing your experience/pan/recipe with Fiesta Friday. Now I have to go back and get the recipe.

The ebelskiver pan comes on sale on Amazon or Costco. Limited use but saves using a lot of oil/fats when frying.
