Dear Friends,

Double the Fun!

Perinaz Avari of PerisSpiceLadle.com and Rita Kapadia of ParsiCuisine.com are joining forces to bring you a Virtual Cooking Class on October 21, 2020.

We invite you to have some fun and learn how to make the traditional Parsi Sev (real fluffy) with dry fruits and mithu dahi. Sweet Ravo (Semolina Pudding) with dry fruits. Opulent and Divine Custard (Lagan nu Custard), served at parsi weddings as a final finale to a feast! A fusion of Western and Eastern cuisine, the Sev and Ravo are very easy to make and we use readily available ingredients in North America.

Parsi Sev, Custard and Ravo are auspicious dishes to make on Birthdays, New Year and Celebrations!

Ravo (Semolina Pudding) is also a favorite Breakfast and / or Dessert.

This will be a live demonstration and we will make all three dishes from start to finish. You can Cook Along if you wish. The list of ingredients and zoom link will be sent to you after registration
