Homemade Crispy Potato Chips

Homemade is so healthy and fresh ! Using my Cosori Air Fryer to make these beauties.

Spice mix

Ingredients

7 medium sized potatoes

5 tsp Olive oil

Spice Mix

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp rock salt

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp onion powder

Mix all spices and keep.

Method

Peel and cut potatoes into small thin chips. Soak in a large bowl of cold water for 30 minutes.

Wash, drain and pat dry with cloth napkin.

Drizzle olive oil on all potatoes. Rub the spice mix all over.

Lay flat in single layer in baking sheet/s of the air fryer. I used one which has special metal netting basket.

Air fry at 400 in air fryer for 20 minutes. Flip and air fry for 20 more minutes.
