Masala Milk (Kanji)

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Almonds
  • 3 tsp Cashew Nuts
  • 3 tsp Pistachios
  • 3 tsp Watermelon seeds
  • 3 tsp Semolina (Course)
  • 1/2 tsp each of Cinnamon, Javentri and Cardamon
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 3 threads of Saffron 

Method

  • Grind all the ingredients in to a powder.
  • In a pot pour milk in to it. Make it boil.
  • Mix powdered masala and let it come to boil.
  • Pour it in the glass.
  • Serve chilled.
