Masala Milk (Kanji)
Ingredients
- 2 tsp Almonds
- 3 tsp Cashew Nuts
- 3 tsp Pistachios
- 3 tsp Watermelon seeds
- 3 tsp Semolina (Course)
- 1/2 tsp each of Cinnamon, Javentri and Cardamon
- 1 Cup Milk
- 3 threads of Saffron
Method
- Grind all the ingredients in to a powder.
- In a pot pour milk in to it. Make it boil.
- Mix powdered masala and let it come to boil.
- Pour it in the glass.
- Serve chilled.
