Hard Boiled Egg – Bharuchi Akuri
Hard Boiled Egg Akuri Recipe

INGREDIENTS
-
2 hard boiled eggs or 2 eggs beaten
-
1 tsp. ghee or butter
-
Red raisins
-
Chopped and blanched Almonds, Cashew nuts and Almonds
-
Salt & Pepper
METHOD
Blanch the almonds, slice them and fry with cashew nuts and almonds, lightly.
In a pan, scramble the eggs and when nearly done to your consistency and liking, add in the raisins and the fried dry fruit.
