These are awesome. Simply baked with olive oil, salt and black pepper they come out crunchy.
Very good and healthy for all ages.
Ingredients
1 Can of Garbanzo, Chickpeas
2 Tbs of Olive oil
Salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste
Method
1) Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
2) Rinse the chickpeas in a colander
3) Place them onto a baking sheet and pat them dry with a paper towel
4) Add a tablespoon or two of oil until they are all evenly coated (I used olive oil but it doesn’t really matter)
5) Season them with salt and pepper
6) Bake them for 25-35 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy (they may start popping in the oven, just take them out when they get crunchy)
7) Cool and store in airtight container
Optional add Indian Chaat Masala, Paprika, Turmeric to make these spicy.
