Wash Binda, dry them completely, cut round or upright long.
Add 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil, add masala (to your tastes), salt, pepper, haldi, ground jeera and dhaniya, ginger garlic , chillies (optional).
Mix everything with light hands, and Lay it evenly in the oven tray.
Pre-Heat the oven, and Gas mark 6-7, for 25 -30 minutes.
Shake the tray but don’t stir with spoon or ladle.
Cook until perfectly done.
Enjoy with squeeze of lemon and Rotli. Or Bhinda per Eddu.
