Turmeric Pickle

1 cup Freshly grated 5 turmeric roots. (Amba Harad, Indian herb root)

10 tsp Salt

3 tsp balsamic vinegar

Mix all and put in glass jar..

Enjoy after 5 days in salads, relish and grated carrots.
