Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Wild Garlic ( Leelu Lasan, Field Garlic, Crow Garlic, or Onion Grass. Allium Vineale )
  • 2 tsp Clarified butter or Ghee
  • 4 Eggs
  • Salt to taste
  • Chop very fine the clean and washed garlic stems and bulbs.
  • Fry on low heat in butter or clarified butter(ghee)
  • Next add the beaten eggs.
  • Add salt
  • Cook to desired consistency.

  2. Love Green garlic with eggs and many other chicken and meat dishes. We also make kachu. Which is a dish where everything is raw except boiled potatoes. It has oil, eggs and you may add raw mince meat apart from the spices and it is vigorously mixed for a long time to give a fine shiny chutney kind of a texture
