Dear Friends,

Chicken Kababs, Cutlets and Puff Pattice are good served as an appetizer. Goes with Dhansak!

I invite you to have some fun and learn how to make the traditional Chicken Kababs, Cutlets and Puff Pattice. I use fresh meat & ingredients from local grocery stores in Boston area.

This will be a live demonstration from my Kitchen and we will make all dishes from start to finish. You can Cook Along if you wish. Lets have fun !

 UPDATE : Today we had our monthly ZAGNY Parsi Cuisine Class, as mentioned in the class, I will donate $5 from the $25 registration proceeds towards any ZAGNY Fund (Please mention your choice).
