Wonderful !! We call it “Kheer” in Mid-North India.
I came across this blog only by luck and subscribed it.
Many thanks for
Ajay,
Yes I enjoy Kheer in Indian Restaurants here, like the creamy taste!

Rita, I’m afraid Fiesta Friday #191 is long over, but a new round of Fiesta Friday Link Party (#245) will start on Friday Oct 12 at 8 am EST. You can join then. There will be an “Add Your Link” button that once you click, it’ll bring you to a page prompting you to link the URL of the post. I hope that’s a clear explanation of how to join the party. If you have other questions, just let me know.
Thank you Angie for your help. Really appreciate it.
Liking Fiesta Friday and look forward to it every friday. TGIF !!!

Great!
Such a nice Indian dessert. Great garnish with the pistachios, almonds and saffron strands which I am sure only enhanced the milk pudding.
Thanks. Yes the saffron imparts a lovely flavor to the milk pudding.
I think it’s a wonderful dessert, Rita. Thanks for linking up to Fiesta Friday!
Angie, Look forward to sharing more recipes with you. <3
Hello, Rita! This pudding sounds so good! Thanks for sharing at Fiesta Friday party! x
This looks irresistible! No wonder that delicious milk pudding makes any occasion so special and memorable. 🙂
The milk pudding or Indian Kheer does go well at any occasion – sweet and just right for dessert.
