Your Rayo recipe needs to include quantity of ghee in the list of ingredients I generally use a stick of butter to roast the Ravi. I enjoy your posts as they bring back many fond memories of yesterday years,

I have added the ingredient measure “1 Stick of unsalted Butter or 2 tbsp of pure Ghee”.
