Falsa are full of iron. Falsa drink is easy to make.

Recipe

1 Cup of Water

1/2 Cup of Falsa Fruit

1/4 Himalayan Salt

Put in a blender and crush.

Drain juice to remove seeds or leave to settle down in the glass and drink up!

Optional Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint.
