Brown Eggs or White Eggs? Test done in the Parsi Cuisine Kitchen

The Parsi Community is crazy about Eggs. We eat eggs everyday in some form or another.

While shopping, I look out for a good egg! Good Taste, Organic and Healthy ones are on top of my list.

So which is better? A white Egg or Brown Egg? What is the difference?

We did a taste test. The result was incredible!

We did a blind taste test (see photo above) and found the Brown Egg was slightly better in taste because it was Organic. The white egg was not organic. Of course organic eggs are a bit expensive by a few cents and worth it.
