During this impossibly difficult time, please think of us at Himalaya for Take-Out, delivery and if you have a large family to feed, our Catering trays are still available – although we are no longer calling them “party trays”. Kairasp(kerry) Lashkari has been our family caterer for both Navjotes and weddings. He is a passionate chef. Who in 2000 for my son’s Navjote provided enough food for over 400 guests for lunch and dinner, but the next day after the Navjote, when we had over 100+ people at the ZAH Center for practices for the World Congress, there was enough to feed them, plus for them to take home. He is a very generous chef, and a very innovative one, and a great personal friend.
