How to make GHAU NU DOODH (MILK OF WHEAT)

Recipe for making GHAU NU DOODH
Ingredients
1 cup Whole Wheat Grains
Water to soak
Strong Grinder
Strainer with small holes like for making paneer or I use a white cotton cloth

Method
Soak the wheat for about 4-5 days, and then grind it with enough water in a grinder.
Grind well till all the white milk comes out and strain it.
I use a white cotton cloth to strain into a bowl.
Let it settle in stainer (over cloth) and then dry.
Break this GHAU NU DOODH into pieces and store.
It spoils in about 15 days so do use it quickly.

    I have heard from an very old expert Parsi Gentalman the method of making wheat milk powder. Which I use. First I take one kg of good quality what, then I soak it for 24 hours. After that I change the water and then for next 4 days I change the water two times in 24 hours. On the fight day, I grind this in the minder in two batches with kita of water. Then strain the wheat milk out. Then in a big bowl or utensil, let the powder of what settle, desain out the top water. The paste of wheat milk is then dried in sun, then once dried crumble the dried wheat paste and let it again dry for one more day. After properly dried, I make powder of that dried chunks in a mixer and then once again property dry the wheat milk powder for a day in sun and then full this powder in an air right glass bottle. And use one teaspoon daily boiling in two lupa of water, putting some cardamom and a tea spoon of jaggery and consume it. Very healthy drink.
