Not a big fan of Salmon, but we were in a hotel restaurant in Gloucestershire, UK & thought we were being Cod fish & Chips but landed up with Salmon fish & chips! It was eh yukky!
Anyways, would you know the English name for Ravas? Is it called the I foam Salon?
Where if you know can I buy Ravas?
Also we had tiny gold fish in Bombay, which we would call “Madaria” & would fry them crisp before we ate them. Delicious! Do you know their name English. If so please enlighten me.
Looking forward to your cooking Zoom lesson tomorrow. Many thanks & Good Luck.
Dear Zarin, Ravas fish is also called “Indian Salmon”.
Thanks,
Rita Jamshed Kapadia.
